2. Projects & services
A website inquiry does not create a service agreement or reserve a production date. The scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, fees, payment dates, cancellation terms, and ownership or licensing of project work are set out in your written proposal or agreement with LGM.
Please provide accurate project information and obtain permission to use any photographs, video, music, logos, text, or other materials you supply. Client approvals, access, and materials may affect delivery schedules. Hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support are included only when specified in your agreement.
